Cancellation Policy for Mirky LLC

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling services with Mirky LLC.
1. Subscription Cancellation
All Mirky services operate on a monthly subscription basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request.
2. Notice Requirement
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to your next billing date
- If a cancellation request is received after this period, the subscription will renew for the next billing cycle

4. No Partial Billing
- No partial refunds or prorated charges will be issued
- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period

- Your access to Mirky services will be terminated
- Any active AI systems or configurations may be deactivated
6. Re-Activation
If you wish to restart services after cancellation:
- A new subscription may be required
- Setup fees may apply
