All payments made to Mirky LLC are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Setup fees (if applicable)
- Any additional services provided
Once services have started, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
2. Subscription Responsibility
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Recurring monthly billing
- The responsibility to cancel your subscription in accordance with our Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe does not qualify for a refund.
3. Non-Payment or Service Interruption
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services
- No refunds will be issued due to service interruption caused by non-payment
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.
If a chargeback is initiated:
- We reserve the right to immediately terminate services
